Sensei Brett was honored to be a guest at the Antonio Tenorio Cup in São Paulo, Brazil over the weekend. The tournament, which honors Antonio Tenorio Silva, the greatest Paralympic Judo player of all time, was run in conjunction with the International Grand Prix of Paralympic Judo. It brought together more than 120 Judo players with visual impairment. Tenorio, who's a six time Paralympic Games medalist, including four Gold Medals, is a member of the Menomonee Judo Club. He competes later this month in Heidelberg at the German Open. Tenorio, who is currently ranked #5 in the IBSA world rankings, in the 100kg division, has an excellent chance to qualify for the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo, where he would attempt to win a 7th Paralympic Games medal!
